Airco filter is full of dust, needs way better cleaning. Staff is terrible, only sitting on their phone, also security. Check in was nice, check out......staff was half sleeping in a corner on his phone. When I said chat out here said from his corner put the key on the desk and did not stoot up. So very rude. Wifi is also terrible. In the room no wifi until you open the door to the hall. Rooms are very outdated and need a an upgrade. Staff needs urgent training!!!

Renovations needed. Felt like this place has a problem with ventilation in their rooms. It was very dewy in my room which leads to bed bugs especially with all the wooden furniture.

We loved the location and safety. We were charged a $40 facility fee after pre-paying on Expedia at desk. Carpet was old and dingy and floor really uneven. Wall paper was peeling. Bathroom was clean and smelled of bleach. Beds were clean and well made.
