I do not recommend to stay at this place. Carpets are extremely dirty. They never remove dust. Horrible to stay with child. All furniture is old. Walls are dirty. Horrible experience

The staff that greeted at the front desk was kind of rude, spoke extremely fast trying to get rid of us asap. We had to get info out of him. The room we got at the first place had dirty and wet carpet flooring, and the bed had RED stains on the mattress protectant. The receptionist helped and switched our room, so the other room was cleaner. However, it was extremely noisy in the corridor all night, and it was barely possible to sleep. The location is good and walkable, not too safe at night though. The only good thing was the parking: there was the friendliest valet ever, safe and fast.

I don’t like the hotel. The picture in the Expedia says something else but the reality is something else. It was smelling bad. Could not sleep properly.

The location is ideal for how I like to stay in New York. The overall rating is low because the doorman stayed on his phone, I had to get and use the luggage rack myself while the bellboy helped the desk clerk (Justin) who had to be prompted for information on parking, early check out, etc. He needs a review course in hospitality.

The rooms don’t look anything like the picture. Going in I was worried I wouldn’t make it through the night to be honest. I guess you get what you paid for. The elevators are extremely small. I have more space under my bed than that of the elevator and trust me the hallways are even smaller. The building almost looks as if it was the projects before and then turned into a hotel.
