I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every staff member I encountered — from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team — went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. The attention to detail was outstanding. The front desk staff were not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also kind and eager to ensure my stay was seamless. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, and small touches throughout my stay made it clear that guest comfort is their top priority. This hotel is beautiful, yes, but it’s the staff who make it truly exceptional. I left feeling not just well taken care of, but valued. I will absolutely be returning, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a stay, but an experience defined by excellent service and remarkable people.

Holiday weekend, so my experience might be tainted by the “B” team, and my city view was of scaffolding and a roof top. Water was cut off, a pushy maid, and lack luster staffing.

We came for our 30th wedding anniversary to celebrate and have fun in Manhattan. The hotel was beautiful, Alphonso took great care of us at the bar with delicious cocktails and the room and location were lovely. We overlooked the park and enjoyed the spacious and elegant room. You can't beat the location of this hotel but the amenities are amazing too. Great staff, restaurants and rooms. They even had a tote bag for us in the room not just to use there but to take home with us. I would totally stay here again!

From the moment arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, no matter the time of day or which team member we encountered. A perfect overnight

My wife and I decided to spend the weekend in the city and always want to be near Bryan Park. So happy we made the choice to stay at the Bryant Park hotel. The staff was so friendly and immediately upgraded our room. I would stay here anytime and would recommend it to anyone. Prices were reasonable the experience was worth the cost. We are already talking about coming back.
