Was given a standard room with a full sized bed after I had already booked and paid for an executive room with a king sized bed. when I brought this to the attention of staff was told that all the beds are a hotel standard size (?). Then as if I was causing a scene they grudgingly moved me to the room I had paid for. After that things went pretty well. The Doorman was AMAZING! friendly and helpfull.

I've stayed here before. The rooms are nice, clean and well maintained and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I appreciate the coupons they give to use toward breakfast at the French bakery next door. The location is wonderful, within walking distance to everything. I will probably stay here every time I am in Manhattan.
