Amenities were excellent only thing I can suggest is for the 2 twin room beds is maybe a double or full would’ve been better but won’t stop me from staying again. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They have kiosks set up so you can easily self-serve when checking in or out. There was a nice lounge area for customers to relax in. My room was very nice as well. Overall a great experience. Great location as well.

Great hotel, value and location. This is a NYC hotel, so rooms are small, the building is old, but the room was clean, comfortable, and well renovated. I do have one negative thing to say. The front desk staff were great, but I checked my luggage, and it seems normal that it takes 10-15 minutes from when they call the bellboy to when the luggage is retrieved. I understand the luggage is stored somewhere other then the front desk, but it was annoying to wait 10 minutes when I was trying to catch a train.
