Awesome place. Housekeeping was amazing. Our room was extremely clean and small but that’s normal in NY. The staff was excellent, the breakfast was awesome- eggs and bacon. 15 minute walk to Times Square, 10 minute walk to the subway. Great stay.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express New York - Manhattan West Side, and while there were some positive aspects, the experience overall left much to be desired. Pros: Location: The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions in Manhattan, making it easy to explore the city. This was definitely the highlight of my stay. Breakfast: The hotel provides complimentary breakfast, which is always a nice perk. However, the quality of the breakfast was underwhelming, and I felt it could have been better in terms of variety and freshness. Cons: Safety Concerns: There were homeless individuals lingering outside the hotel, which made the area feel unsafe, especially at night. This detracted from the overall experience and made me feel uneasy during my stay. Elevator Issues: The hotel has only one working elevator, which caused significant delays. Waiting 5-10 minutes every time to use the elevator was frustrating, especially during peak times. While the location is great and the breakfast is a nice touch, the issues with safety, and elevator functionality made my stay less enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel only if location is your top priority and you're willing to overlook some inconveniences.

It wasn’t a good stay. First, I was given key to a room where somebody else was staying. After we found that out, the front desk changed it to another room. They didn’t seem very surprised. The elevator availability was the worst. It takes a long wait time to go up it down every time. Breakfast room was overcrowded every time. Overall, it was a poor experience.

The bedrooms were small but fine for a short stay. The breakfast room was very small for the size of the hotel making finding somewhere to sit challenging. Fairly long queues for breakfast but it did go down quickly. There is a second, seperate breakfast room you can use and we did make use of this. The staff were excellent. So polite and helpful. I would recommend the hotel.

The hotel offered a comfortable and clean room with modern amenities, making for a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The location is walkable to Times Square, and there are a lot of dining options around the hotel. The breakfast options could be improved for better variety. The dining area has very limited space and it gets really packed even before the buffet is open.

We enjoy staying at this hotel because it is very nice and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area especially Victor the supervisor at front desk. He is very helpful and friendly and accommodating to the customers.

Overall the hotel was fine. You could definitely use more front desk associates, especially during busy times. One poor guy had a line 9 families deep with the phone ringing off the hook, I felt so sorry for him.
