Outstanding stay from start to finish! What truly stood out was how accommodating the hotel was—from early check-in to late checkout, everything felt seamless and welcoming. My daughter, a first-time solo traveler (though it was her third time visiting New York), felt extremely safe the entire stay, which meant everything to me. The staff and housekeeping were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The $35 daily food and beverage credit was a great perk and became a fun part of her day—she really enjoyed the breakfast, pizza, and dessert, all of which were delicious. The location was amazing, within walking distance of everything, making it easy to explore. The room was clean and modern, and the bathroom was especially spotless and updated. Overall, it was an exceptional experience—comfortable, safe, and thoughtfully run. We would absolutely stay here again.

The room and staff were great. What wasnt great was the fact that Expedia's receipt said i paid upfront, but it turns out i did not and I was hit with an unexpected charge for the hotel after departure. The total cost in the end was more than what my Exepedia receipt shows.

We appreciated that the room was always clean, sometimes even a nice scent remained in the room. The staff were great, attentive and friendly, from the receiver, front desk, gift shop and cleaning staff, all excellent. The only complaint we could mention is that not all the elevators worked, therefore, sometimes we would have to wait a few rounds to be able to get to the lobby.

Check in line was inefficient. They had 6 people there but only one was checking in the customers. Also the elevators were either not working or always full so we had to use the stairs from the 11th floor. Otherwise location was good, and room was very nice.
