The staff is great here. Was a little disappointed in the 2-queen suite. I thought it would be as spacious as the king suite and it’s just not. Don’t like the living space at all. Will stick with the king suite going forward. My bad. Won’t make that mistake again.

All the staff were fantastic. But everything else was cheap - plastic drinking cups, (2) cardboard coffee cups (2) tiny tissues and the cheapest toilet paper ever. This was in a (junior) Suite. No kettle, no refrigerator but they did provide a tiny one that smelled of take-out food. The thermostat didn't work. We got a suite so we could catch up with friends but it wasn't up to that standard. Love the area. It's fabulous.
