This was our second time staying here. We absolutely love this hotel for its excellent service and excellent location. The rooms are wonderful and the city views from our room were amazing. Hands down we would stay here again!

Loved the people, the restaurants/bars at the Civilian. Room tiny of course. Cozy Queen very cozy!!!! Room was on 15th floor, but noisy at night (Friday esp) with sirens, nightclub music etc. We had a great stay though and will definitely stay again.

This hotel provides a sense of broadway elegance with its theatre inspired design. The staff are well trained and the location is excellent. Located in Time Square, yet closer to the authentic New York restaurants on 9th and 46th. Plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee and broadway. Also close to many guided tour start points.

The staff made the stay very easy. Great service. Very welcoming. Amazing staff at front desk. Very helpful and accommodating. Room was small. Loved the Rosevale bar. Really cool ambiance and enjoyed the jazz band. Great view from the rooftop bar.
