Rooms were very clean and updated. The lobby was nice with room to gather. Most of the staff were really helpful and pleasant except for a few employees behind the desks. Within walking distance of Grand Central Station. I would stay here again. Just a warning, they charged us an additional $200.00 once we got to the hotel.

A/C in the room shut off very loudly, like someone banging on the door. Bed linens were not clean, found a wad of hair in the sheets when we pulled back the covers. Bartender was unfriendly. Good location though.

The hotel has wonderful staff and a great atmosphere. Everyone from the doorman to the bartenders were great! But we had no shower the first 24 hrs. It broke. Eventually fixed but had to shower in the gym, 10 floors away. Not a great experience. But the hotel made it right and I cannot thank them enough.

This was the second time we stayed here. Our room was clean and quiet. This property is in walking distance to Grand Central Station which will take you anywhere you want to go. The staff was amazing and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

horrible dark rooms like a prison cell SUPER loud between hearing every door slam in the building to the AC/Fan unit making pounding noises every two hours throughout the night. 3 night stay and all the soap and shampoo ran out on the first night You cant just call front desk or bell, it routes to a call center that talks to front desk for you. Called to get help with my 4 luggage’s and ended up taking them down myself in two trips before anyone helped or even opened the door for me - bell guys a prick “Suite” with no microwave One small window that opens into an apartment’s kitchen One dim light in the room $7 for lobby coffee
