I really enjoyed my stay. Was a beautiful room with a great view. I love that to use the elevator you needed your room key, it made me feel safer. I was on the 43 floor and it was still pretty noisy but thats too be expected being in Times Square. The staff were very nice and accommodating, when I asked if I could get a kettle they not only sent it but they provided tea and everything else I would need to go with it. The location is great, right near a subway station and the bed was heavenly to sleep on. My only complaints is that it is super expensive and I would've thought that wifi would be included in that price but they wanted a additional $18 a day for it. But other than that it was a great and comfortable stay.
