Hotel very convenient and nicely appointed. My room specifically had a queen bed instead of the king promised, and no overhead shower, only handheld - it was ADA compliant but i think most folks prefer both showerheads. Food in the garden cafe very expensive as is to be expected, but i was told i had a $15 credit which did not materialize on my invoice.

This property was clean, had friendly staff, and we felt safe. Our room was much roomier than expected. We were in close walking distance to Midtown sites and Times Square. Enjoyed our trip to NYC, and staying at the Hyatt Grand Central was part of that.

The hotel is badly managed. We experienced neglectful housekeeping, rooms in need of renovating, lack of amenities. If a hotel doesn't offer room service there should at least be a coffeemaker in the room. We were booked for three nights and happy to leave.

The air conditioning wasn’t working as well as expected had to get a fan sent to the room. However a technician came to room, and that helped for about two hours! It was awful. We love staying at the Hyatt, but will be looking elsewhere. So disappointed!

I stayed on the 16th floor with access to the executive lounge. My room looked recently renovated and was very spacious. Nice clean design. The lounge had plenty of soft drinks and coffee selection, but the snack choices were limited. The resort fee for me included a $15 credit at the cafe/market in the lobby that had some nice selection - pricey without the credit.

I arrived tired and had a lovely check in. Thanks Eve. I found everyone whom I encountered was friendly. The location is excellent. I had quick access to the subway. There are lots of options for eating and shopping nearby. I highly recommend and will book again for my next trip.
