What a wonderful place to stay in NYC! Great location just a few blocks from Grand Central Station. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and the coffee was delicious. Beds were very comfortable. Not one negative thing to say! Loved it!

Fantastic hotel that is exceptionally quiet and roomy! Staff is very courteous. Breakfast buffet has both western and Japanese options. Honesty one of my favorite hotels in the area and I’ve stayed in a lot of them when I’m in town for work. Better than a lot of hotels that cost several times its price (if you like silence, understated elegance, and courteous guests and staff).

I asked the staff to call a taxi, but he caught and gave me illegal taxi. The taxi asked for unlawful billing and I was scared because of taking into an illegal taxi. The reason I asked the staff to do is because I was afraid catching the illegal taxi. I can not believe and am very disappointed that the staff did thing like that. This hotel ruined my trip.
