They was good but in website say free shuttle from 5 am to 11 pm and we have go to airport around 7 am and they say shuttle is fine from us and they say they have own Uber to airport $25 we told is fine and we arrive to jfk airport they say $40 and we say what only 7 minutes to drive to airport! This is all scam never ever come to this hotel again.

Bad experience only one person working very slow at the check in counter. A lot of people line up waiting to check in. I book this hotel because of shuttle service. I was told to request a shuttle to the airport at the check in, but upon checking in, i told her i need to reserve a shuttle at 7 ( my flight is at 9:30 am) She told me 7 am is booked , 8 am is booked only 9 am is available. Thats insane my flight is at 9:30 how can u offered me a shuttle at 9 am. I ended up booking a pickup from uber service and paid 25$ from my pickup. Very upset and disappointed!!!! I will never again book this hotel ….

Room temperature was set at 11 degrees Celsius and in spite of all our efforts we could not change it, or stop the air conditioning (not even the strength of the fan). We were also not informed about breakfast at checkin and it seems this could be ordered on the go (we had to leave at 5am), We were not informed that we run the risk of the shuttle to airport being full prior to our trip- it is false advertising to say shuttle is available - we had to take a taxi at a $35 cost
