Location wasn’t as we expected. Thought it would be a bit closer to the airport and not on a dodgy industrial estate with no facilities nearby apart from walking through a not so nice area to get to a service station. Breakfast was basic and hot food was pretty tasteless. Need more seating in the breakfast area as everyone loaded up like vultures each morning. Needs a guest laundry.

The breakfast was fresh staff, helpful. Airport didn’t have telephone to contact them. For international passengers will have difficult if they don’t have US telephone. Take care of at the airport to Call to the hotel.

Hotel location was perfect especially if youre flying into JFK AirPort and doing a layover. The front desk staff gave great customer service and was very accommodating. No matter when they changed shifts all of them were nice. The hotel shuttle bus was very convenient. My dislikes were house keeping was extremely rude, It didnt matter the day or the person. I experienced 3 different room attendants and all were rude. They absolutely hate their job and hate being bothered by the guest. I used my do not disturb sign the entire stay to avoid bad encounters with the room attendants. I when needed fresh towels I just took it off the trolley because they hear you, suck their teeth then ignore you. The rooms smelted musty and the hotel ran out of towels.

The staff were not particularly friendly, and only two small water bottles were provided per room for an entire three-night stay. Additional bottles purchased from the lobby were priced very high. The rooms themselves were extremely small—much smaller than they appear in the photos—and it was difficult to move around, as the beds and TV area were placed very close together. There was no meaningful entertainment available on the TV, and I was unable to connect to the WiFi to at least watch YouTube or any other content aside from the single channel provided. Housekeeping was also disappointing; the room was not properly serviced, items were left exactly where they were, and the trash was not removed until I requested it twice. I booked this hotel based on its ratings and reviews, but after my experience, I no longer feel confident trusting those ratings.
