Had a delayed flight and saw good reviews for this hotel. First of all, the shuttle stopped running at 11pm so I had to pay $30 for 4 miles from the airport. Arrived and checked in. Went to our room and had loud party noises from a room next door. Reported it and got no help. I got little sleep. The room was cold, and the housekeepers in the morning were so loud! There was nothing comfort about this inn. I should’ve stayed next door at the Hilton.

Just had a 5 night stay as wanted to be away from Times Square where I normally would stay, excellent hospitality from all the staff went above and beyond to help me with information etc, Decent Free Breakfast room was a Decent size for the 3 of us adults and very clean, free shuttle from jfk to hotel took 5 minutes, I recommend Getting a OMNY ticket as q10 bus stops outside and takes you through parts of queens to Kew Gardens where you can pick up the subway, overall a Great experience and would recommend 👍

The staff was amazing! The shuttle drivers were great, and we were really grateful that one of the nights we got to the air train pick up point late that the driver worked past his shift time to come and pick us up. He was very gracious and had a great attitude about it. The breakfast staff were wonderful and helpful. The food was pretty good for a complimentary breakfast. We don't want to be too picky due to it being complimentary. Thank you so much for the stay!

Location wasn’t as we expected. Thought it would be a bit closer to the airport and not on a dodgy industrial estate with no facilities nearby apart from walking through a not so nice area to get to a service station. Breakfast was basic and hot food was pretty tasteless. Need more seating in the breakfast area as everyone loaded up like vultures each morning. Needs a guest laundry.
