This is a large hotel with lots of rooms; seems like a pretty straightforward complaint; you can look at my invoice or just book a room and note the fee on your own (or get confirmation from what are likely thousands of people). BTW - I'd hate to see this review censored in any way, not posted or edited, or it'd have to go more directly to people who may not deal with it in gentler way."
