The elevator situation was not accommodating what so ever. Found the less traveled elevator around the back which made up for the time wasted waiting on an elevator. Room was very substandard for a 4 star or greater hotel. I would rate maybe a 2. Toilet was dirty upon arrival, bathtub insert or whatever application was applied to the bottom of the tub was coming up and had mushy spots under it. There was a long hair across the one of the pillows on the bed. The cleaning staff that was on the floor did clean up the toilet and changed the pillow case immediately but did not leave a good first impression. The tub situation should be addressed urgently to prevent injury to someone. All in all not very impressed for such a high rated facility

This is a favorite destination. Been here many times, and will continue to visit. There was an issue with mattress and staff were very attentive and compensated for our discomfort.

El personal del front desk al llegar no fue tan amable. Y en las noches habia una persona al lado del elevador pidiendo que mostraramos las llaves del cuarto, entiendo que por seguridad. Pero la manera que lo solicitaba era muy desagradable. Debia tener un poco de mas empatía con el huesped.

I normally enjoy my stay at Row NYC, however the room I stayed in during this trip was pretty awful! It was very small. I can still tolerate that ok. The horrible part was the bathroom! It was beyond small and awfully laid out. In fact, the side wall was so close to the toilet, that you had to take the toilet paper off the wall holder to make room enough to sit on the toilet. On the other side of the toilet was the shower. The shower was extremely small! It was so small that the shower head sprayed on the top part of back wall in shower only, as the shower arm extended almost to the center of the shower! I wasn’t able to rinse any part of my body, except my head, b/c nothing was high enough to be sprayed by the shower head! It was absolutely ridiculous!!!

Central location for my interests and transportation are great. The elevator system causes a lot of delays and crams too many people into a small tight space during a pandemic. Covid ain't over, folks....

I have always loved staying at this hotel. Best location and best customer service. This time our AC/fan did not work at all the 5 days we stayed there and it was very uncomfortable to sleep that way, as the room was very hot. I called the front desk several times and no one ever came to fix it.

We liked where this hotel is located right next to Broadway and only a block or so from Times Square. The expresso at the bar was so good. Check in was quick and easy and we were able to check in a little earlier than we anticipated. Which was great because we had a 2pm lion king show to watch. We stayed on the 18th floor. Upon exiting the elevator we noticed the lack of lighting in the hallways. It feels like we were walking through an alleyway in New York. However when we walked into the room it was decent and presentable. Nothing was dirty by any means, but to the property was definitely an aged property with a quick paint job to improve it and make it look “modern” The shower floor was oddly squishy like the cover layer on it was bubbled. Upon leaving, the elevator selection had us wait for a door and every time it opened it was completely packed with people. Because the door is assigned it won’t bring up another elevator until that one has arrived. We waited for about 20-25mins before we just packed ourselves into the elevator with about 8 others.
