Cigarette smoke was pretty heavy when you walk into the resort, if your going to allow smoking in the one casino where you come into the lobby it needs closed off more from the lobby and better ventilation.

When I checked in, the front desk did not explain anything to me, just handed me my keys. I had to ask where the elevators were. I was not told that I had to request housekeeping during my stay, and I was there for four days. When I went to speak to the front desk to ask, that was when I was made aware of it. Then they said they would put in a request to empty the trash,but no one came at all. The room where my training was held was good and the food was amazing.

Super hotel and resort

Great hotel. Very up scale. Great area. Lots to see and do both at the hotel and in the area. Great location. Within walking distance of the falls, parks and shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is not included at this hotel but they have some very good options. Many amenities offered at this hotel/resort. Free parking too.

Check in is 4:00. We received a text to check in ahead of arrival. That seemed great. Maybe we’d get a head start on things.NOT SO! Our room was’nt ready until close to 7:00! Missed our dinner reservation. Of course no one is responsible or accountable. I’m certain that come check out time , which is 11:00 we will be penalized if we’re running late. Other than the check in issue , our stay way good. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Decent restaurants. Casino was ok. Close to the falls.
