Cigarette smoke was pretty heavy when you walk into the resort, if your going to allow smoking in the one casino where you come into the lobby it needs closed off more from the lobby and better ventilation.

A great place to stay if you want to see the falls. Easy to walk to, even to the Canadian side. The place is a tad "old" but still nice. What was great was that I accidentally left my credit card in the restaurant, and the next morning, when I realized this, I went down to the front desk, who directed me to security, which was able to look it up and sure enough I left it and it was turned in. They kept it in the safe overnight and I got my card back which was a huge relief of not having to replace my main card. That was awesome of the staff!

The room was in great condition but hadn’t been swept well. The pillows were uncomfortable. But the couch was comfy. Very spacious. Loved the spa massages and healing waters room. Staff were bit friendly. Additional charges upon arrival even though I paid full amount online. Claimed them to be “fees”. Corner suite had an amazing view. Bear Claw donuts and Western Door totally worth it.

Our room was nice although the toilet was running non-stop and part of the drapes were uphooked. We called housekeeping and they fixed the drapes promptly. During check-out we were advised that we owed a resort fee and room fee which was not listed on expedia however, we were already charged $75.00 for taxes and fees when we booked the room. Expedia contacted the property and Seneca claimed they would not refund the money, stating it was a new way of billing.

The proximity to Niagara Falls, the room space, and the views outside our window were marvelous! We did not like walking into a smoky-smelling interior hotel, nor did we enjoy eating at the restaurant with this smell. Smoking should be banned outside only.

The first employee we met upon arrival acted like she was annoyed that we wanted to check in. She said our room was not ready at 3:45 and call the desk later. She “batted”her long fake eyelashes and walked away. 45 minutes later we approached the front desk and was warmly greeted by a professional staff member and told our room was ready! That’s what she happen a the front desk! The rest of the staff were super!

Went for a trip to Niagara Falls and decided to stay here. It was a great room, nice views, clean, tour picked us up right there, plenty of dining options, and great staff.

Overall happy with stay! Staff were friendly and location was convenient. Resort room was beautiful but I found a dirty sock that had been left in one of the drawers. The smoking casino was so dirty. I rarely saw anyone cleaning machines, picking up old glasses left behind, or emptying over flowing ash trays. Breakfast buffet at Three Sisters was terrible! Way over priced for what was offered.
