Cigarette smoke was pretty heavy when you walk into the resort, if your going to allow smoking in the one casino where you come into the lobby it needs closed off more from the lobby and better ventilation.

The first employee we met upon arrival acted like she was annoyed that we wanted to check in. She said our room was not ready at 3:45 and call the desk later. She “batted”her long fake eyelashes and walked away. 45 minutes later we approached the front desk and was warmly greeted by a professional staff member and told our room was ready! That’s what she happen a the front desk! The rest of the staff were super!

Went for a trip to Niagara Falls and decided to stay here. It was a great room, nice views, clean, tour picked us up right there, plenty of dining options, and great staff.

Overall happy with stay! Staff were friendly and location was convenient. Resort room was beautiful but I found a dirty sock that had been left in one of the drawers. The smoking casino was so dirty. I rarely saw anyone cleaning machines, picking up old glasses left behind, or emptying over flowing ash trays. Breakfast buffet at Three Sisters was terrible! Way over priced for what was offered.

Most of the staff was very friendly. However, there is a manager at the check-in counter that doesnt have the correct people skills to be at that position. I didnt catch her name, she is a taller woman with long dark hair. We checked in on Sunday 8/24 around 3pm. Remember, the people at the check-in is the first impression on your guest!

From the moment you enter the building, the smell of cigarettes is terrible. The reception staff needs to be more friendly with their guests. The staff was very friendly, but the reception desk needs to improve. The room we had had two beds, which was exactly what I needed, but one of them smelled of urine. I really don't recommend it for children.

Pros: The property was nice, staff was helpful, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Loved the location—close to the falls and shopping/dining. Cons: There is a $175 hold for each room which is fine—didn’t bother me but feel it may be a con for others. And the only thing I found annoying was to have to be escorted through the casino just to get through with a family (we had to wait for someone each time) as the entrance of the casino is where all of the dining, shopping, and falls are instead of having to walk all the way around the building to get to the dining, shopping, and falls.

Pretty place, room was good, lobby smelt of smoke, free parking, but having my 20 year old escorted or hold a sign across the red path of the casino every time we had to leave was a little over the top. They had good electronic options for check in and check out.

Good Hotel Stay

Very nice hotel and room had a luxury feel. Convenient to stay in a casino and parking was free. Stayed on the 22nd floor by the elevator and the elevator sound was all day and night. No daily housekeeping which is a big deal. Staff was great and hotel was very clean. It was so close to being perfect cause the price was great but no daily housekeeping and elevator sound made huge difference. I would give it a C+ overall.
