what i didnt like was the fact that when i checked in i was told to bring my parking ticket in and they would scan it so i could leave the parking area without paying. Which has always been the cas in the past 5 years. This year upon checkout I was charged $43.20 for 2 overnight stays. The second night at the hotel our heater broke in the room, Which caused it to run non stop, making the room extremely hot and were unable to sleep. I called the front desk and was told that ne service person was on duty and could call in the am when we awoke. This did me no good since we were leaving in the morning.

The walls in the rooms are paper thin and there was an unpleasant smell during our stay in the bathroom. I do commend the 24/7 front desk however - the staff were always helpful when needed. I know the nature of the problems can't be helped really since it's just poor building design but, most likely won't return for future visits.

Too much noise at night, room was so-so, staff was so-so as well, parking so full, definitely next time I will check in other hotels.
