I like that the property was close to the Falls and the casino. I didn't like the fact that most of the restaurants closed early and you had to drive about 15 minutes to get something to eat.

Hotel seemed overbooked during covid when restaurant and pool and hot tub are so limited. One restaurant closed. No room service and a 90 minute wait at the only restaurant open. Staff was friendly but lines for front desk are long and they are very busy. Restaurant staff at Rain Forest Cafe seemed unprofessional and aloof. We sat at the bar and we privy to staff conversations
