Upon approaching the desk for check in the older gentleman with bald head and gray hair, answered a phone call and proceeded to talk for 15 minutes without even making eye contact with us. After 12 minutes he looked up and mouthed something llike “do you want to check in?”. I shook my head but he continued to speak on the phone for an additional 3 minutes without even looking at us standing 4 inches in front of him. Once we were finally given attention, I asked him for a quiet room away from elevator and road noise and he said “all rooms are quiet”. He assigned us room 211 and gave us the keys. He never even mentioned anything about WiFi or breakfast options as all other hotel attendants normally do. Only asked if we had a car to park and requested payment. Once we got upstairs, room 211 was directly in front of the elevator which is the opposite definition of a quiet room. We didn’t even go in and proceeded to make our way back to the lobby to o request another room. We had to wait another 10 minutes in line. This time we spoke to another attendant next to him who arrived after we were checked in. We told her what had happened and the gentleman said he gave us the room since my Expedia reservation indicated a handicap room. A couple of things went wrong. 1. The gray hair gentleman should have placed the phone call on hold while he check us in. 2. He should have listened to my request for a quiet room. 3. Next day we didn’t get the room serviced as requested

I would definitely stay here again if in the area. 10 minute walk to the falls. We were there midweek in early October so it was not really super busy. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. There was a $20 per night parking fee, but I knew this in advance.

Staff was friendly, and rooms were clean. The area is convenient if you plan on crossing over to Niagara Falls in Canada, or if you plan on going to a casino. The only inconvenience was parking. The main lot by the hotel fills up fast, so it’s possible you might have to park in the overflow parking lot every night if you get to the hotel late.

The place was dirty. We had someone knocking on our door saying they were routine maintenance, then some guy opened our door and try to push it open, we had the metal barrier set to prevent someone from coming in. We would never stay in this hotel brand again.
