The hotel room was clean, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast foods were delicious, location was excellent with walking distance to the Falls and many tourist attractions.

The bedsheets were very wrinkly and there was a hair under the pillows. It appeared the bed was made but the sheets hadn’t been changed after the last guest. The front desk had advised that they were running behind on turning over the rooms so I can’t help but wonder if corners were cut with cleaning the room. The internet connection in the rooms was non-existent. I could connect but it was so slow my iPhone kept timing out.

Breakfast staff were quick to clean the tables. While we were eating breakfast, their hands constantly reached to pick things up from our table, like a used tea bag, an empty juice glass, etc. They were constantly walking around us, one even stared into our eyes while walking by, which made it stressful. For two days in a row, our food was thrown away, as soon as we stepped away to get juice. We mentioned to one of the staff members that our plates were full, untouched, and our coffee was full. The answer was that they're told to clean the table as soon as someone walks away. We were constantly asked if we were done with our coffee, and even if we wanted the lid for our coffee, all while eating breakfast. This needs improvement.

Beautiful and well kept facility! We booked the King w/sofa room and it was quite spacious. The only downsize is there is no bathtub in the room, which is an inconvenience if you travel with small children. Also, the facility don’t have their own parking lot and guests have to park across the street in the public parking deck. The parking fee is less if you pay through the hotel vs. the parking deck. They offer a gallery breakfast buffet at a fee ($15/room), and it’s super cheap in my opinion if you travel as a family. The food was fresh and delish! This property is located near other attractions (the Falls park, Made in America shop and Seneca casino). The Old Falls Festival is running through the Summer and the hotel is right at that corner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Niagara Falls.
