The property is very run down, but once inside the room it was comfortable with nice beds, a cushioned chair, a desk chair and a mini-fridge. The bathroom door has swelled, so it stuck opening and closing. The location is great for walking to the falls, but don’t count on the onsite parking - the two lots are too small for the size of the hotel and overflow parking is either paid parking at a nearby hotel with in-and-out privileges or a nearby $20/day flat rate garage. The staff was cheerful and seemed eager to please.

The property was well maintained, with great signage. The parking left a bit to be desired, but the proximity to the Falls more than made up for it. Our room was large, well appointed and clean. The beds are new, though some of the fixtures could use updating. The front desk staff upon check in was very kind, welcoming and warm. He even remembered me by name when I went down later on to retrieve my Doordash order. Very affordable, and would recommend to anyone looking to spend time in Niagara Falls.

The rooms were clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean but coolish, hot tub nice. Parking was free and didn't have any issue with getting in. We had some issue with the key cards and were offered a change of room, but the staff were willing to let us in whenever we needed it and we declined the change. Minimal hot breakfast but was fresh. Located near the falls and shopping/restaurants. Would stay again

Breakfast was great. Hot tub and pool were very nice. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was clean. Only thing was in the middle of the night, we heard a bunch of water (we thought) right outside our window. In the morning when we got up, we saw that the whole window bay was soaked and roof above it was leaking. It didn't affect our stay as we were leaving anyway.
