The location and the friendly staff are the only nice things here. It honestly doesnt matter that the building is old. If they would just clean....they could be light years ahead on customer satisfaction. Every window, including the glassfront doors in the entryways are disgusting. The floors, the elevator buttons.....the first room we checked into, was so dirty we had to go get another room. We had to strip the coverlet off the beds and just roll with the blanket because that actually looked cleaner. Breakfast was the saddest thing....you can microwave a sausage sandwich or have cold cereal. The Papa Johns is filthy. There is an indoor smoking room across from the elevators which attracts the crusty old casino crowd that cant survive without a smoke. The beds are pretty hard but survivable. This place needs "corporate" to hire a deep clean because whatever staff is here isnt getting it done....for whatever reason.

While the location was great, parking was not. We had to use a parking garage rather than park at the hotel. Our room was one of the tiniest hotel rooms I have ever seen. There was two, yes two, holes in the walls. It was not clean. The baseboards were gross. The toilet paper in the bathroom was not new or folded nicely on the edge. The staff at the front desk was incredibly rude. Our breakfast that came with our stay was small little containers of cereal and incredibly watered down apple and orange juice. The milk for the cereal was a gallon jug in this small refrigerator. Overall, it was not a good hotel and I will never be back.

The only thing I did not like was the small bathroom in the room...but it was clean. The staff at this hotel were the friendliest folks I have ever met. Every single person made me feel like family the entire time. I would recommend this place for anybody who wants a centrally-located, clean hotel with a spa and pool

There was absolutely no parking, had to drive down the street to a parking deck after i was directed to the hotels back parking lot. There was old moldy food behind the mini fridge, bathrooms were dirty. Left to go wonder and have dinner, came back and found a BED BUG on the pillow. We had already thrown our bags, jackets and shoes down. I called the front desk (it took forever for the rude customer service girl to answer) to let them know i will be getting a refund. She sends a maintenance man up and he tries to take us to another room. When i checked out the same rude customer service girl looked at us with disgusted as if we are the ones who brought the bugs in and how dare we ask for our money to be refunded. I had to drive 4 hours home because we had no coats to walk around or any change of clothes to go to another hotel. Terrible. Just because this is close to the falls, isn't worth it. Stay at the Sheraton!
