All was good. The very nice woman that checked us in was a real trooper. Very nice. Crazy amount of people and she handed it we no problems

I liked the location of the hotel. But they have few parking lots. Breakfasts are from 7:00 to 9:00 We went at 7:45 and nothing left. Just coffee and some cereals. Pancakes done and as I see they don't have bread and eggs. I would stay again but just for the convenience of the location.

The good - it was 3 blocks from the falls which was great. The rooms were small for a party of 4. The breakfast offerings was limited in the choices.

1) The receptionist was immediately attentive, informative and smiling. (Shorter, dark hair-I wish I would have gotten her name) 2) The diaper by the pool was gross. 3) I don't know how you can encourage people only to take their breakfast and not supplies to last them the rest of the day from the breakfast buffet. Maybe you could have at least hard boiled eggs and a toaster that works if so many patrons didn't "steal" boxes of cereal, mounds of muffins and so many other items I saw them walking out with.

I liked that it was in walking distance to the Falls...Great location and safe walking at night. I did not like the selection of dining options. There was only a Papa John's restaurant. The bar and burger joint was closed.

I liked the staff. There were some real maintenance issues with the hotel, though. We will most likely not stay here again.
