Have stayed at this property since the late 90's and really enjoy it. I do not like the Membership people hounding you. I am in my 60's and know my financial situation. While it was a very good deal, no means no.

Enjoyed our time. Room was as described and everything was in working order. Staff was excellent. They were easy to accommodate us and were all very friendly and helpful. Only suggestion I would have is that the restaurants did not take reservations and so the line to get in was very long. Some people waiting up to an hour. The Buffet was ok. Overall this property location and staff made up for any shortcoming of the food options.

This is my second time at this resort. The first was in the 2000s and I was dissatisfied. This time was more than I expected and was the exact opposite of my previous visit. My room was extremely nice and the coffee maker and small refrigerator that was included was just a bonus. The property was great and I enjoyed the 3 pools and swim up bars. The food was good and there was always multiple selections. I’m definetly coming back in the future.

Have returned to Park Royal year after year- so have always loved it…but it needs some TLC & basic maintenance!! Only 1 elevator if 3 was working. Same as last year. Staff elevator is not working so constantly waiting for elevator while staff & carts are moving up & down. Bathroom needs good bleaching in the cracks. Towel rack’s dangling rod needs securing, clogged sink needs to be cleaned. Ice machines in every floor, but none working!! Simple things that I could do myself - just a little attention to detail could fix. Hotel is simply not being maintained!!

Nice, clean, well staffed resort. Good small beach with enjoyable snorkeling access. Large pool with plenty of shade and chaise lounges. Two more nice pools around beach area with two bars and good drinks. Room was great with comfortable bed and always cleaned. The food wasn't very good, but one wouldn't expect it to be for the price of this all inclusive resort. I would enjoy staying at Grand Park Royal again in the future.

I would definitely stay here again. I had heard a lot of bad reviews about this place but my friend and I absolutely loved it. Was there some issues yes but any worth not coming back NO. Very beautiful place and the staff amazing. Food was just ok but we loved the room service and snack bar food. Only other complaint was the jacuzzi’s were like pool water. They even let us leave our luggage and go shopping since we had a late checkout. Very convenient and walking distance to the shops and taxis were cheap.
