Rooms well maintained, clean and appointed and super friendly and helpful staff, nothing was a problem and everything I asked for sorted quickly and hassle free. This isnt always the case in SF. Bonus this part of town is without all the hassles and troubles you find further up in Union square and surrounds - the walk to Moscone wasnt bad and the hotel made it worth it. Definitely will be back here if I can. "
