I called and inquired about the deposit and they confirmed it was $50 and when i arrived they told me it was $100. I told them i called the hotel directly ro confirm and they still denied it. They also charge for parking but do not give you anything to place in your car. Why bother paying for parking if anyone can park there.

This is a motel-6 with the name Hilton attached. The entire hotel feels old, outdated and is not inviting. Our bathroom was full of mold with cracked ceiling where you could tell water had leaked. The staff was ok but very slow services from check-in to dining room service. The food was just adequate and not great. The prices reflect that of a Hilton but not what you actually receive.

The staff and service were excellent. The property is being upgraded so there was minor work or construction going on but was manageable. I would stay there again.

Staff was great. Room was nowhere near worth almost $400 a night.....robbery.... And offended to find small bottles of water that were only for some sort of Hilton members, and would have cost Us $3 a piece had we drank them. For the price of that room those bottles should have been included or not been there at all. Beds are standard and not very comfortable as well as the rooms being pretty bland and dated. The exposed power strips that were completely full were sort of an eyesore. I've stayed at some Hilton's before and had much better experiences than this. For $400 a night, his property needs some serious upgrades and maybe you should consider adding those bottles of water for free.

The housekeeping is exceptional. The facility services are subpar and deserve room refunds/credits. For example, the pool area smells, the hot tub is out of order, the elevators are not working, and the carpets look dirty and skanky. Charging $3 for a 5-cent bottle of water is outrageous.

Entryway of bldg 4 needs resurfacing. Elevator and outside area all wet and dirty. Dirty pool. Toilet seat needs replacing. Shower faucet dripping. Room 4207. Spacious, quiet, clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice view of garden. Heated cookies a nice touch. Breakfast and free parking would have been welcome considering the price!

I love the clean, comfy beds and linens, the outdoor fireplace on the patio, the warm cookies, the tranquil atmosphere and the location on the water. The staff are friendly and supportive, offering smiles and warm choc chip cookies! I especially appreciated thier efforts to assist me when I needed to correct a date error in my reservation. All in all I love the hotel and always stay there when in the Bay Area.

They did not honor a request for a room in building one of two. I actually called the desk a day prior to check in. When I checked at the front they told me I should have written down the name of the person I spoke with since It was not written in their records.
