Walls were thin, and I couldn’t fall to sleep until 4am due to the party noise throughout the hotel as I was on the 3td floor. Very small elevator, and I couldn’t wait to get home to get some sleep. Staff were fantastic! No issues there. There was a massive hassle regarding parking. The hotel CHARGES YOU TO PARK. $40/mt. Or risk it by parking outside the the road in a dirt lot. The entry mechanism was faulty and directions unclear as evidenced by nearly every patron struggling to print out a parking pass EVERY time you entered or left! Why not just have a guest pass?? Room was not cleaned, garbage left on desk, smelled like mildew. No hot water in shower!! Unacceptable. Could not reach front desk by phone, had to talk to someone in another country when I tried to get maintenance to deal with shower. Bad service!!
