Loud banging noises heard through the ceiling and walls all night and throughout the morning. The air conditioning didn’t work. There’s a 75$ mystery charge on my method of payment that the hotel has yet to explain or refund. The lobby is tired, old, and there’s no pantry for guests to purchase snacks or drinks.

The staff were all helpful and accommodating to every request and question. The rooms are spacious, nice, and clean. The view from the windows was a complete bonus (especially at night)! Minutes walk from pretty much everything. Thanks for a nice stay - we will be back.
