When we arrived, they asked if I wanted to upgrade to highest floor so we did. The first night when we got back to our room our room had a smelly smell and we noticed the carpet was wet. We reported it and they said they didn’t have another room available so I layed out a towel. The following morning, we woke up to a really bad smell. I called the front desk and they sent someone to clean when we were out. When we got back I called again and they finally sent an expert and notice that there was a leak from the fire line. They moved us to another room the second night.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco was truly wonderful! The location is perfect — as a mother of two, it was such a relief to be able to step right outside and enjoy the beautiful piers with my family without needing a car (which is great since parking in San Francisco can be tricky). We even hopped on the cable car right nearby, and after exploring, coming back to such a comfortable and welcoming hotel felt amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful, and everything about our stay felt easy and relaxing. The highlight of our trip was definitely the RC restaurant at the top of the rotating hotel — it was magical watching the city slowly move around us as we enjoyed our meals. My kids loved having breakfast there, especially seeing the sunrise over the bay. Thank you, Hyatt, for such an unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be back!
