This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing in the Fisherman’s Warf area. I would definitely stay there again.

I can't believe this was a Marriot. Rooms were old and not updated. Stain on carpet, no robes and the staff was very unattentive. No Housekeeping the first day- had to ask for more shampoo, etc... and the guy at the desk just pulled out a pile with no way to carry them and no apologiy. Get this.... and then asked if we wanted housekeeping the next day??? I must give a nice response to the cafe staff for breakfast. Great chef and wait staff very attentive. Not recomended at all.

The concierge was very knowledgeable and friendly. We used the services twice. But the breakfast price even with a $20 voucher per room, was ridiculously expensive for simple buffet food. We have 2 rooms for 5 adults. Also, $12 for internet service per day is crazy when even Starbucks and other place offer it for free.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you found our buffet over priced at $24.95 per person. The premium wifi at 17.95 is actually included with the destination fee and it is included with the $20 per night destination fee. The destination fee covers the daily $20 dollars food and Beverage credit that you mention, premium wifi, press reader, pier 39 coupon, 2 hours complimentary bike ride per stay for 2, and fishing equipment. I am sorry that you did not see the insert with that information. we will share your feedback with our hotel departments. Thank you

We were happy to see the hotel was well maintained and updated. Bellhops were extremely helpful with loading our luggage which included lots of luggage and a wheel chair. Restaurant staff was pleasant & efficient.
