Reliably nice. We enjoyed the fire tables in the courtyard. The location is just tucked away enough to avoid the crowd and noise from the Wharf. More of an adult place, not a lot of kids. If you want kids and noise head across the street to RUI.

My first trip to San Francisco and I couldn’t have asked for a better location the pier is 2 blocks away everything is so walkable from this location, bonusTrader Joes is just around the block also. I am a solo female travel and I felt safe in and around this location. The restaurant and bar are a nice way to start or end your evening, if you prefer there is coffee and tea in the lobby where you can sit inside at the fireplace or outside in courtyard in the AM or enjoy your wine in evening with some-mores . The staff were so helpful and pleasant and readily answered or assisted with details to enable guest to enjoy their stay. I will definitely stay here when I travel to SFO! DYoung

The hotel was very nice. The people at the door always met us with a smile. The bed was comfortable. Paying the resort fee for the "amenities" was a little pointless. You get $15 a day to the restaurant but if you don't use it; you lose it. It's also fancy so not exactly night cap material and the prices are on point for San Fran- but that's not cheap. There's no pool. So unless you want to bike around on the hotel bicycles the only amenity you're paying $30/day for is wifi... Fantastic Location! So close to the wharf and pier 39. Right by the Cable Cars which are cheap and quick to get to China Town

Affordable, friendly and so close to the Wharf. Everything we wanted to do was walkable. Valet was quick to both pick up and drop off our car. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was so clean and comfortable

The hotel canceled my reservation without notifying me. This happened twice with the same reservation. Service is unacceptable, said that EXPEDIA canceled it, but EXPEDIA did not cancel it. It was the hotel they canceled it.

We loved everything about our stay at Hotel Zoe. Such wonderful & friendly staff really make it a personal experience. We especially appreciated Roy at front desk. His positive attitude and friendly demeanour are contagious. Always saying hello and offering great advice on restaurants etc. Such a joy ❤️ No doubt we will return.
