Love the fact it has a pool-could use some attention (resurfacing tile, cleanliness) and the pool and sauna , sauna especially, were hard to find. Singage was very poor. Staff was friendly and helpful.

An excellent facility, with good room great staff and efficient and pleasant cleaning staff. We’ll position very near the cable car and plenty of cafes, restaurants and diners nearby. A wonderful place to stay. Reasonably priced and would stay again.

The perfect combination of cosmopolitan and old fashioned comfort. A vanity area perfect for a quiet workspace, comfy bathrobes with a few mikes on them, a patio overlooking the pool, and Judy, an incredibly helpful concierge. Well located with several great breakfast spots close by.

Would love to see the lounge and restaurant open since they don’t offer microwaves in the rooms. Bathroom areas are tiny. Pillows not comfortable. People were very friendly and helpful.
