This is our go-to hotel when staying in San Francisco. We love to drive up and park our car in the garage and leave it there for the weekend while we take easily accessible Trolley which is located right behind the hotel. This place is very centrally located to everything in the city that we enjoy to do. The staff are always OnPoint and attentive. I needed a stamp to mail a postcard and they had one available. If you ask them for anything they will go out of their way to make it happen.

This stay was an okay experience, it had its pros and cons. The hotel/room itself needs some updating or deep cleaning. The room wasn’t dirty, just very worn out. The restroom has no counter space at all. Everything was very average. The pros- the hotel is located at a corner of a Cable Car stop which it convenient for getting around and there is a Whole Foods across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was okay but I probably would not stay there again.
