it had a great location. every worker was so nice. wonderful breakfast buffet the towels and the linens were wonderful. ice in the ice machines. great shower heads. maid service was in the morning everyday that hotel made our vacation!!!

The entire hotel is clean and updated. We were given a free upgrade to a room with a sofa which gave us extra space. The bathroom was a bit small but clean. The housekeeper came everyday and even called us the one day we had the do not disturb sign up to schedule the cleaning at our convenience. The breakfast buffet is huge and has a wonderful selection of hot and cold food. The waiting line might look long however we never waited more than 5 minutes for a table. The location is only about a block from pier 39 and is walkable to Cvs and Trader Joe's. We loved the location and definitely would stay there again. We felt safe walking around and saw security guards outside regularly. It was a great place for families.
