Could you please tell us the dates you stayed and the name on the reservation or if not, your booking number as we are trying to get to the bottom of what you're claiming. We don't have a staff member that you've named nor would there be homeless people walking around your room as the hotel has a gated entrance which we lock during the night. So please elaborate further. Thank you.

I sincerely apologize that your stay at the Wharf Inn wasn't totally up to your satisfaction. With regards to the external noise, unfortunately that is beyond our control as Mason St is a main thoroughfare with plenty of vehicles and delivery trucks that passes by. Should you decide to stay with us again, please ask for a quiet section of the hotel when making your reservations. With the issue you encountered with the wifi system, I've notified our internet service provider so they can do an evaluation and troubleshooting as we rarely receive negative comments about our wifi.
