I am saddened to learn that our facility was not to your satisfaction or met your expectations. We did have those bulky dressers and nightstands at one point but decided to remove them to give more space to the room itself and for our guests to move around. Those pieces of furniture that you mentioned were rarely used to begin with, unless the stay is for an extended period. With regards to hangers, all you needed to do was simply ask and we would have been more than happy to provide extra ones. And free parking is free parking although it is on a first come, first serve basis. We are the only property that provides that added value amenity in this part of town. The Travelodge Lombard does provide free parking but they also have limited parking availability and located on the other side of the city.
