My room was very clean. Like the fact there was no carpet. Room had no view has it faced a building, but it was so quiet we could sleep. No street or people noise which was nice. Gated parking and access required key card which was safe. Would stay there again.

The property is currently being remodeled and will be very nice once completed. We will definitely return to the Wharf Inn.

The location and on site parking is good The lady did try to charge me for parking but I reminded her it was complimentary. The room was poorly updated wallpaper and trimming was coming off Rail on patio missing. Carpet badly stained Bathroom smelled of stale water and had poop on door. No wash clothes. Very very noisy. Windows did nothing for the cold and noise Would not stay again

I really like that the penthouse was very spacious kids loved it felt like home. But it is really outdated fan or heater wasn’t working on one of the rooms and the living room but very comfy stay .

I am saddened to learn of the rating you gave us. Perhaps if you would care to share more details of your stay then we can better address the areas of concern and give us the opportunity to better improve on our services.

The hotel is not what is presents to be. Beware, you could hear rats crawling, and rooms were unsanitary. The staff member Raj/Rahul I believe was his name was horrible and extremely rude. I had no choice in the middle of the night but to stay there. There were homeless people walking around my room, and I could here them. I was so apprehensive through the night and did not sleep a minute.

Could you please tell us the dates you stayed and the name on the reservation or if not, your booking number as we are trying to get to the bottom of what you're claiming. We don't have a staff member that you've named nor would there be homeless people walking around your room as the hotel has a gated entrance which we lock during the night. So please elaborate further. Thank you.

I sincerely apologize that your stay at the Wharf Inn wasn't totally up to your satisfaction. With regards to the external noise, unfortunately that is beyond our control as Mason St is a main thoroughfare with plenty of vehicles and delivery trucks that passes by. Should you decide to stay with us again, please ask for a quiet section of the hotel when making your reservations. With the issue you encountered with the wifi system, I've notified our internet service provider so they can do an evaluation and troubleshooting as we rarely receive negative comments about our wifi. Thank you again for sharing your comments, we hope to be of better service to you the next time your travel plans take you back to our area.

On arrival to our room everything seemed to be okay we left our bags and went out On our return later that day we noticed some noise coming from the shower found at the shower valve could not be turned off and water continue to run we attempted to close the valve on the shower and found it extremely difficult to even move notify the office. There was a problem no one came to our room to check out the issue it was late we went to bed but had to close the bathroom door to keep from hearing the water running all night The next morning we got up very early and went on our schedule fishing trip coming back later that day found that no one had been to the room the water valve was still extremely difficult to move we found it there were no clean towels after taking a shower talking to the office again we asked for someone to come and look at the shower it was difficult for us to sleep because of the water running we found out that no one had come that day either there were no clean towels the tissue box was completely empty there were washcloths we left in the shower to stop the water from hitting the floor in order for it to deaden the sound they were still there that evening still no clean towels noted clean the room no one had emptied the trash Upon leaving the next day we went to the office and told of our discontent and lack of service to what we believe her name was Jennifer went to the room and showed her all of the issues we were having it appeared her attitude was nonchalan
