This was an awful place. First "free parking" means only if you don't use your car after 3 or so. The room was small and had no drawers (!) anywhere, anywhere. The closet had only 3 hangers and its door doubled as a bathroom door depending on your needs. Finally, no side tables, just little wooden flaps nailed into the bed headboard. And on one side it was broken. It was just depressing. Luckily, we were able to leave our 9 day contact with only a 1 day penalty and move over to the Travelodge on Lombard. MUCH better place for the same price. If we had stayed at Wharf Inn it would have ruined our vacation.

I am saddened to learn that our facility was not to your satisfaction or met your expectations. We did have those bulky dressers and nightstands at one point but decided to remove them to give more space to the room itself and for our guests to move around. Those pieces of furniture that you mentioned were rarely used to begin with, unless the stay is for an extended period. With regards to hangers, all you needed to do was simply ask and we would have been more than happy to provide extra ones. And free parking is free parking although it is on a first come, first serve basis. We are the only property that provides that added value amenity in this part of town. The Travelodge Lombard does provide free parking but they also have limited parking availability and located on the other side of the city. Thank you for being our guest and giving us the opportunity to be of service to you.

the security was good, locked parking area at night. Rooms are small and the Hotel is old(very dated) few outlets. Stayed 4 days, on 1 of those days the maid service left no towels. went to front desk but was only given 2 bath towels for 4 people.

homeless people in area, . went to fisherman wharf one day.. person peeing on the side of my motel.. seems a lot go there

This is my go to place when I visit SF because of location and value. Unfortunately, from the last time I was a guest in 2019 there has been some deterioration to the rooms. Peeling paint, dirt in corners of room, screens popped out or missing. Bathroom shower area have been updated but, the condition of the walls and baseboards leave it musty smelling. Floors did not feel clean.

My room was very clean. Like the fact there was no carpet. Room had no view has it faced a building, but it was so quiet we could sleep. No street or people noise which was nice. Gated parking and access required key card which was safe. Would stay there again.
