The hotel was nice itself, but due to COVID many employees were laid off, which I understand. They were very short staffed, our AC was not working and it took them a day and a half to fix it. We were not able to switch rooms and the experience was bad.

Bad experience with check-in. August 8th at 9:00 PM. Waited 10 mins for someone to come to the front. The rep took my credit card for incidentals but also charged me for the room given that I already paid the room when I booked it online through a Travelocity. I have to file a dispute.

wished there was room service for coffee in the room. telephone in room difficult to use as the batteries were weak.

I liked everything, but was highly disappointed that the top area bar was not open yet. I saw pictures of it on your web site and was looking forward to spending my evening in enjoying the view.

This hotel is lovely and I would absolutely stay here again. $75 is a bit steep for parking, but I know it's "The City"

nice one night stay for a SF Giants/NYMets game. perfect location one block from the stadium, Valet parking wasn't too much more that if we had used the ballpark lot and we didnt have to drive home that night after a 16 inng game,,
