Staff was very nice and hotel was clean. But room reeked of cigarettes baked into the whole room and no windows are able to open. Was too tired to deal with changing rooms but wish I had.

We loved our stay at Hotel Zephyr. It’s eclectic and has a wonderful San Francisco vibe. Very clean and so close to fun things to do (walkable). Balcony views are awesome.

This hotel is done really cool for decoration and things to do! Great back area for fire pits and games. You can tell her this is a hotel. It has been done. The room was pretty small. I kept hitting my foot in the corner of the bed but overall, it was a pretty cool place to stay and very very convenient to Pier 39.

This hotel is very cute with artsy decor in a quirky maritime theme. Great desk staff & maintenance. Concierge was very helpful too. Safe neighborhood and brief walk to the wharf. Would def book here again.
