Did not like$45 parking fee, feather pillows too flat for my liking (my neck now hurts), no sheet on bed, but did have a nice white comforter (too hot for my liking), bathroom sliding door malfunctioning, paid for city view option, got partial city view but complete view to ROSS store, and gas station. Did like having many good retaurants within walking distance.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback regarding your recent stay. It's unfortunate to read that you had complications during your stay. Your comments have been shared with the staff so we can make it better than it was before. I apologize you found the feather pillows so uncomfortable, we do offer firmer pillows upon request. I am sorry you were unable to try other pillows options during this past visit. Due to the COVID pandemic, we have had to modify our parking options at this time. We are unable to offer valet which was priced at a higher rate, so we have discounted it at this time. The Director of Engineering has been made aware of the door malfunctioning to ensure that other guests do not have the same situation. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and look forward to having you visit again in the future.

Everything was nice. We were given bus information that sent us on a wild goose chase for a bus that was not even running. It was very hot while we waited for something that never came. Ended up using Uber.

Staff was friendly and Professional. The hotel is beautiful and clean! We had a view of the city, Walking distance to the wharf. Would definitely recommend this hotel

It was safe very helpful staff bed was very comfortable bathroom was nice and spacious they had everything we needed iron,blow dryer,enough shampoo and conditioner,overall very happy fast check in and out

Check in was very easy and staff was very helpful. My only complaint is that you have no choice to pay the $59.00 a night for valet parking. I knew valet was required at this hotel but I had no clue it would be so much. Room was great! Shower had good pressure and we had a view of the city. I never heard another person on our floor!
