We were told to wait in the lobby for check in and it would take 10 minutes to get the keys to our room. After 40 minutes and the clerk putting a soft twice we finally had a another clerk come and offer to help us get to our room. Because of the long duration of sitting and waiting, we were comped breakfast.

Excellent location. Our room was next yo the pool which can get kind of noisy but they shut it down st 9pm. All in all a good experience.

There were plenty of positives about this hotel. The location was great, and the staff was courteous. The one star review is for the money grabbing. When booking online, you’ll pay for your stay, but don’t think you’re done paying. When you check out, they will hit you with all kinds of fees and taxes. Get ready to pay another $30 a night for something called a “destination fee”. They don’t let you pay for the stay all at once when booking online. If they did, they wouldn’t fit into their desired search criteria range. Also, their website said that self parking was available for $50. Well that $50 turned into $70 a night. They told me it was now $62 because Covid is over and they are now allowed to use valet again. Well when they told me it was now $62, they also conveniently left o it the “parking tax” which is another $8.00 on top of that, each night. Also, $4 for a can of small pringles at their store? Come on. Besides the hidden fees and money grabbing, the room wasn’t worth the money. The sliding bathroom door, and the lack of a bathroom exhaust fan; doesn’t leaves a lot of room for privacy when using the bathroom. I can overlook that though, if it wasn’t for them hitting me with all the hidden cost, this might have been a 5 star review. Just have the customer pay all the cost upfront when booking online. No one enjoys being hit with $500 more dollars than expected at the end of their trip!!

The Hotel was very nice and clean. I was extremely upset to find out that we had to pay $50 a day to park our rental car at the hotel we were staying at. I have went over all information I had prior to our hotel stay, that was not mentioned. Plus we had a fee we had to pay at check in it was supposed to be $116, it definitely was quite a bit more. Any thing you purchase at the hotel food or drink is $5 or more. We needed a bottle of water $5, then a can of coke $5. If you stay make sure you have a lot of extra money.
