Front desk staff was OK. The cleaning crew was amazing. Very quick and efficient and accommodating. The hotel itself needs some attention. The elevators were borderline scary to be in. There was zero USB ports in the room. I had to go hang out in the lobby several times in order to charge my insulin pump. Very inconvenient.

The “heated pool” was why we booked this hotel. It was not heated, coldest pool I’ve ever been in. Did not return to it. The hot tub is small and fit only about 4 people and it was blocked off.
