The location can't be beat, but the rooms are a little small and bare bones. That being said, it was still a great hotel for the price. I was surprised by the additional "destination fee" of $30 nightly, but you are able to receive free water, high speed wifi and $10 credit for the hotel restaurant with the added fee. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would stay here again.

Super location

Walked to Union Square stores and through China town. A little far to AT&T Park to walk both ways. Staff is wonderful at registration, bell desk, housekeeping and restaurant! Hope to return.

Cons: FRONT DESK PHONE TAKES YOU TO TECH SUPPORT OFF GROUNDS???? HARD TO KNOW WHO YOU CONTACT WHEN YOU NEED HELP!
Location: UNION SQUARE AND UNION SQUARE
GREAT FOOD SERVICE HELPFUL STAFF SOME TELEPHONE FUNCTIONALITY NOT INTUITIVE. TOOK TWO DAYS TO FIND SOMEONE TO ADJUST THE THERMOSTAT.

Pros: Location! Walking distance to lots of places. Housekeeper was attentive and Front Desk Staff and Valet were helpful!
Cons: Need self-laundry facility. Would be nice to have one. Parking discount would be nice, too.
Location: Lots of dining places, shopping, Union Sq.
Upon check-out, we assumed we may have an issue, but the Front Desk Staff Ms. Ira was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue. House-Keeping staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. She did a fine job! Thank you! Valet staff helped us about parking and gave us directions when we got lost.

We were so pleased with our view room!

Pros: The hotel is perfect, we enjoyed it very much.
Cons: THE PILLOWS! Also, the mattress tends to make you feel every movement of your spouse.
Location: The location couldn't have been any better. It is moments away from Union Square.
From beginning to end the stay was great! The remodel of the hotel is fantastic!

Grand Hyatt good location & great hotel!

Everyone is extremely friendly. They all like our little Bull Terrier. (Dog Friendly)We've stayed at the Grand Hyatt many times.

I love the Grand Hyatt, Union Square, San Francisc

Pros: Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff, convenient location.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Easy walk to upper end, world class shopping as well the Embarcadero/waterfront areas.
Very pleasant experience. Will always stay at the Grand Hyatt, Union Square, when in San Francisco.
