Good location but we got eaten by bed bugs... my girlfriend got sick, so we stayed in the room most of the time. During that time we received at least 12 bites each... never again.

The hotel was gorgeous, and everyone was friendly! What made our stay great was the concierge employees! They were the reason everything we did in SF went smooth and fun! Genuinely awesome service.
