The Fairmont wouldn’t consider letting me postpone my trip even though my girlfriend was sick. To make it worse when we got there my room wasn’t ready there was no apology really nothing at all they said they would text me when it was which was about 15 minutes later. There were charges on my room that should’ve been there but they did a race them it just wasn’t very pleasant

It is a fine hotel, but it does not compare to other Fairmonts I have stayed with. Definitely not worth the 5 star price. You have to request the upgrades that happen naturally at other hotels of this grade.
