Pro: nice front desk welcome, clean, cool art work, centrally located (for my needs) and a very comfortable bed.
Cons: stairs no elevator (this was an issue for me, not everyone), very few amenities, hot tea in the lobby (coffee shop 2 doors down, no micro or frig.
I would think that the bare bones would bring the cost down, but I paid $625 for two nights in the middle of the week. They need to be careful with the cleaners they use also my room smelled heavily of disinfectant, etc.
I did enjoy it though.
