Very convenient to all the clubs and restaurants that make San Francisco's SoMa district so vibrant. I especially liked having both a fridge and microwave in the room (very hard to find in SF). But housekeeping seemed to be under-staffed.

The room didn’t look like the pictures on the ad and there were homeless all around the property even in front of my door room smelled like strong chemicals and felt itchy when laying on the bed didn’t like the room left in the middle of the night

I stayed at this hotel and had my property stolen. The hotel provides access cards. Doors look sturdy. Sketchy area but, you know, they look like a professional operation. I stayed there on 9/16- 9/18/2025. I paid good money. 600+ dollars, from what I recollect. Today, 9/19/2025 I reported the theft of a valuable journal and another document to the front office person, David. He told me he would look into the video footage. Honestly, I think it was an inside job. David has not updated me on my complaint. I’m looking for a full refund and compensation for what is to me very valuable property. Will it happen? We’ll see.

You get what you pay for….. no parking available when we arrived, our room smelled like cigarettes the entire time, our window was facing the street and there was a man sleeping right outside our window making noises the entire time. Do not stay here, you might as well pay a bit more somewhere else!!!

The Bay Bridge Inn is close to Powell Street BART station and the ball park. Very walkable. The bottom sheet on the bed pops off without a lot to f movement. That is not comfortable.
