Everything was a 10/10 for this, our second stay at this hotel. Gorgeous regularly, extra beautiful for Christmas season. Impeccable service and upkeep of the hotel. Everything was fantastic.

Just love the building and beautiful dining room.However white curtains on big arcjed windows dont go with deep emerald decor. Christmas decorations fabulous. Called to get reservation for dining room and told no availability in a very condescending tone.. Went in person and we got a rezervation immediately. Went later to dinner. Great food. NOT anywhere near full. Bad employees cause loss of revenue and ill
