The Omni is gorgeous! The location is perfect—close to Chinatown, the Financial District, Market Street, and the Ferry Building. And, JR at the front desk is a dream!! He answered all my questions with a smile and gave the best dinner recommendation!! He is amazing!!

Great hotel, superb service, convenient albeit super-expensive parking, BUT unfortunately the financial district is fairly sterile and unpopulated, except for transients, occasional tourists, and touristy restaurants and shops. It didn’t have much life to it, and walking from here seemed a bit sketchy, with the Bart barely better.

Classic style hotel in the financial district. Staff were very professional and helpful, oc all very clean. The Decor and general style were dated/ classic chic. The neighborhood was clean and safe. But at the weekend was very quiet with few places open and had a walk some distance to find an open coffee shop etc.

Amazing hotel - except for room service
This is the second time I have stayed at this magnificent hotel for multiple nights. Despite them experiencing massive IT problems during my check in, they handled everything amazingly well. The rooms are spacious, well-insulated (I never once heard anything from other rooms), well appointed and very comfortable. My ONLY complaint is the room service hours. 7a-10p. In this part of San Francisco there are very few late night food options. Not being able to get a late supper or late night snack is ridiculous. Moreover, If you want breakfast, there is no room service prior to 7a. I was there on business and needed to leave the hotel no later than 7:15a. They did a good job of getting my order to my table quickly, but who wants to rush through breakfast. I would have instead preferred to have room service delivered at 6:30 so I could enjoy my food and not start my days in a rush. Other than that small annoyance, I'll be back as the location and staff are tremendous.
