This property charged me two additional fees for amenities which I did NOT use. The property states that this is a surcharge to EVERY guest, regardless of use. They state that this is in the Expedia description, which it is NOT. Pernicious charge and totally unacceptable. I will never return despite the high quality of the hotel and the awesome location.

First the people; from James who greats you with such warmth at the door, to easy check-in/out and in the restaurant where Elsa was so friendly and accommodating - wonderful people. Next the general architecture, attention to detail, the fun ideas like using a wood chit as your electronic key....lovely. Great neighborhood - quiet with easy access to the Ferry Building.

Top place to stay in SF!

This is a favourite hotel of mine and I try to stay there every time I’m in SF. The proximity to the Ferry Building and the Bay Bridge are excellent. Also 20 minutes to the airport!

Great location, amazing view suite, very friendly service. The room lacked simple amenities like a magnified make up mirror, convenient hooks in bathroom, a place to set your towel near the shower, long hanging space in the closet area, etc. The layout was awkward. For $2500/night we likely wouldn’t stay there again for those reasons.
