I checked in and the room was covered in bleach spots. I went to the front desk minutes after walking in and they told me they have accounted for it and I won’t be charged. I checked out this morning and they took a large portion of my deposit and then told me I have to wait until Monday to speak with someone about it. I will never stay here again

The bed was almost on the floor, and in checking out I get all these resort fees and a parking fee! All this should have been up front, if I would have known I would have looked for another hotel at that price! Why did I have to pay all this made up crap!

We stayed at BEI San Francisco, Trademark Collection by Wyndham and honestly we’re not sure why it gets some bad reviews — we had a great time. The staff were some of the nicest and most welcoming we’ve experienced, which really made the stay feel comfortable. The hotel has a clean, minimalist design that we personally loved, and everything felt simple and modern. We know some reviews mention the surrounding area or mixed experiences, but for us the stay itself was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again.
