A great property in a great location. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The bartender was the absolute best. Gave absolutely the best restaurant recommendations Pinos (Italian), Matador (Mexican) nearby, and Z&Y in Chinatown.

This was the cleanest hotel, I was really impressed how there was no dust anywhere! The staff were so friendly and accommodating about everything. My partner and I were able to check in 6 hours early. And they also held our luggage for us while we adventured after check out. I will definitely be back and telling friends and family to come here. I was nervous about knowing there was no A/C (I’m a hot sleeper and so is my partner) we had a ceiling fan and the room had additional fan in the closet. We were both very comfortable all the nights. The beds were also the perfect softness and firmness we enjoy. In addition, they gave us a bogo coupon for drinks at the bar for our stay. Super awesome.

Really had a pleasant stay. Excellent value in the city. Great location. Loved having a deep and long bathtub. Vintage. Staff is courteous. Bar about the size of a postage stamp, kept patrons local and visiting all entertained and happy. Look forward to staying again.

This place was awesome! Honestly felt like a little community and each time we came back from going out there was always something complimentary, popcorn or cookies. It was a fun stay and not far from the cable car, places to eat, everything. Staff was all nice, overall can’t wait to come back next time I visit SF :)

Clean, quiet, well located, friendly and helpful staff. Parking is right across the street and it quite reasonable compared to other hotels. Cable car runs literally in front of the hotel. You get free cookies, free fruits at the counter. There is also a water filter at the lobby

The property was very dated but quaint. The area directly around was very dirty and had a lot of homeless. The TV services did not work at all, I was glad this was just a one night stay.
