This hotel should not be an option on Expedia. If you are not familiar with San Francisco, you may not know that there are many many people living on the street and probably doing drugs. There is no where to park your car off the street and there is a good chance a car would be broken into in this area. You have to wait for someone to ring you in because it is not a safe area. I checked out the room and decided not to stay there because it was not very nice inside either.

One step above a crack house. First room had dirty walls, dirty floors, cigarette burns on mattress and holes in blanket, so asked to switch rooms. Second room had more of the same(albeit 10% better), so decided to just ask for blankets and towels and brave it. Turns out, the extra blanket we got also had holes and cigareete burns AND they were only able to offer one towel. STAY AWAY!

**DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!** WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Very disappointing and false advertisement, you cannot even call it a hotel. A lot of homeless person, I didn’t feel safe going to that area. Disgusting place, the room is garbage and bed sheets were not changed and has a lot of holes on it. This place is not proper and should not operate at all!!

Absolutely disgusting experience. The photos online are completely misleading and do not reflect reality at all. We arrived with our family and small child and immediately felt unsafe. Three homeless individuals entered the building behind us, ran upstairs, and the staff actually blamed us instead of providing security. The room was filthy, tiny, and poorly maintained. The windows and shutters were covered in dirt, the bedding had cigarette burn holes, there were broken switches, damaged walls, and even a loose ceiling vent above one of the beds. The entire property looked neglected and unsafe. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, especially with a child, and had to leave and find another hotel. This place should not be advertised the way it is. Avoid at all costs. My family decided to check out after 15min there.
