Definitely a 3 star place. It’s fine for what it is. It’s cheap, convenient parking, you can walk to anywhere, and I felt safe. My favorite part is the free parking and valet parking. Very convenient. The place itself is a little dirt and outdated but I’m a poor college kid so worked great for me. Definitely recommend it if you don’t care about where you stay

Check-in was very easy and fast, which was great after a long drive. I stayed in a king room with a balcony, and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, comfort of the bed, and the room amenities. The balcony had a beautiful street view, and being on the 5th floor made it even better and more enjoyable, especially in the evening. The hotel location is a big plus. It is very close to Grant Avenue — on one side, you have easy access to European-style cafes and restaurants, and on the other side, you are right next to Chinatown with local shops and great food. Union Square is also nearby, about a 20-minute walk, which made sightseeing very convenient. Another huge advantage was the free parking, which is rare in San Francisco. Combined with the very reasonable prices, this hotel made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely stay here again when visiting San Francisco.

This property wasn’t a very convenient location and walkable to all the tourist areas. Although the property is a little bit dated, it was very clean and in a very safe area in the heart of Chinatown with many dining options in the area. The beds were a little bit uncomfortable, but the shower was great with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in San Francisco the free parking was a definite bonus to this property.

they have parking and is great. We walked around Chinatown from 9am-11am. just walked back to the lot to checkout and take our car.

The hotel attracted me because of its reasonable price. However, there were also many drawbacks. Firstly, it was very noisy. There were shouts outside the window all night, loud conversations, and loud banging noises. The internet connection was poor, practically nonexistent. There was also a problem with parking. There were many cars, but few parking spaces. There was also no microwave oven, which was another negative point for me.

Clean rooms, great free parking, safe, and in a great part of town to visit China town and North Beach- walking! The hotel is old and dated, but the pros of the location and cleanliness outweighs the age of the hotel. Will stay again!
