My stay here at Hyatt was pretty good overall. Rooms were in great condition and staff were very courteous. Location was also be very convenient nearby the major highway for the oakland bridge. Only complaint I have is valet was not very efficient there was a 10-15 min wait each time collecting car and no one was ever around to answer calls to retrieve car beforehand.

There are a lot of hidden fees to stay here so just expect to spend extra when staying. However, it is a beautiful hotel and the house keeping is fantastic.

Issue with initial room assigment, returned to the front desk and was corrected promptly. "Hot" breakfast buffet was cold.

very nice but everything was micro transaction like most expensive hotel with a location like this. although need to mention you need someone 21+ to get the key to you room
