Other hotels like the St. Regis are nicer, cleaner and the amenities surpass this hotel. So disappointed with our check in they were one hour late and no special perks for kids at check in. So not worth the price. Pretty much over priced for no special reason. There was hair in my shower and on the sink when I finally was allowed in my room. I can’t believe I paid so much for a regular old hotel.

Nice historical place near Chinatown. The staff members were courteous and professional. The room was pleasantly adequate considering the hotel is in the heart of SF.

Nice hotel in a great location!!

Marvelous

Location, staff , quality, venue all fantastic. We didn't want to leave our suite. It was my boyfriend, so staying at the Ritz and seeing a play was fantastic. When staff found out it was his birthday he recieved a booth day card and a bottle of wine from the staff. They pay attention to detail.

exactly same setup n modeling as Fairmont

i expected more of a pampering atmosphere but all i got is a sofa middle down mattress, but the staff is very helpful n friendly
