Good to know we have room for improvement.

When we arrived to our hotel room we noticed the room wasn’t very clean. The floors were dirty and the towels were stained. Then we were told all the amenities of the hotel were closed. So no gym, restaurants, or the lounge on the 39th floor which is something I was really looking forward to. We booked the room with breakfast included and they gave us the run around with that. Several employees gave us different times for breakfast. When we finally went to the pantry for breakfast the lady working there was extremely rude when I asked what items were included in the free breakfast. She just told me to pick whatever and I wasn’t sure what was included because she would not answer my questions. Then after picking out my items she printed a receipt and I asked her if I would be charged and she said no. Fast forward 2 days after many run arounds in the pantry with the breakfast. We checked out only to find out she charged us for all the breakfast items and coffees. The entire stay just wasn’t pleasant at all and we felt like we were a bother to the employees there. I’ve never had an experience such as this one at a 4 star hotel. We told the receptionist at checkout about all the issues and he just said I will speak with management to let them know.

Booked one room and got a whole different room from wat I was told I was getting... wasn’t very happy with it... the went back down stairs and was repeatedly lied too.
