Enjoyed our stay just didn't expect to make up the Sofa bed ourselves for our son. The check in staff could have communicated this to us on check in. Forgot about the Wyndham concept about being offered seminar. We declined. Staff were a bit relentless with trying to get us to attend and receive free hop on hop off bus which didnt care about. we had our own plans for our stay. good location but close to Tenderloin which is a no go area. Hotel Staff warned us not to go there. Hotel was good choice for our week in SFO though.Good coffee around the corner, nice lil bar on corner too

Great being in San Francisco and having a suite instead of just a hotel room. Sometimes difficult to get into but worth it. Decent fitness room. Great location in lower Nob Hill. Try to ask for one of the rooms that have the bigger, double shower. The showers are bordered in stone and other decorative materials. Very very nice.

The hotel was fantastic from arrival through departure! The staff were friendly and helpful, the building felt safe, and everything was clean. Our suite was spacious and had everything we needed. The game room was fun, and there was even a small New Year’s Eve celebration in the lobby.

The stay was nice. I was not appreciative of the concierge inviting to a presentation of timeshare. The 90 min presentation to a bus tour was what we understood but instead they were complementary tickets to a bus tour if join a time share and how not to use Expedia and others. It seemed like a routine for all visitors as we saw other new guests receive the package. Other than that the staff was friendly. The room elegant and accommodating to the purpose of our stay.

Everyone from the beginning to the end was wonderful. I loved the personal touch and communication from everyone. From the bellman to the front desk to the information counter. They made us feel very welcome. The room was beautiful and equipped with everything. It couldn’t have been better. Even the location.

This is a bait and switch. At check-in front desk said no reservation existed. I showed prepaid confirmation. Oh, hotels.com is third party. We don’t have rooms available. We will relocate you to another Wyndham. Sent to dingy old hotel that had musty odor, a/c in window, bathroom door when opened blocked hall. Never would have booked property. Delayed my getting into room after long work day by one hour. Met other outraged guests in same “relocation” dilemma. Employees told me this has been going on for years. Do not book here.

We unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. When we checked in, the front desk lady said our room number out loud when there was a girl right behind us which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We had people knocking at our door in the middle of the night thinking it was their room and then again at 7am. Then we had the front desk calling us asking what name our reservation was under because they had mixed up reservations and they had us under another name. They also put us in an accessible room which we had not booked and we never got our room cleaned the entire time we were there. The front desk would never acknowledge us or even say hello either. I’ve worked in hospitality for years and know how things should be ran and this was a very disappointing experience unfortunately.

This hotel and staff were great. Our room was like an apartment with everything we needed for a week stay. One of the best places we've ever stayed. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Staff were amazing. If you need something, or have any questions about anything, just ask. They go out of their way to help. Our room had plates, cutlery, bowls, etc. for when we didn't feel like going out to dinner or wanted to make a lunch for the next day. There's a Trader Joe's a couple of blocks away and a couple other small grocery stores closer. They do not do daily housekeeping, but it's more like an apartment so I can totally understand. It would be a lot to clean each unit every day. I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else while in town. The local area is right downtown, but we didn't have any issues. Buss stops we needed were all within a few block walk.

Had a very late check-in as we arrived from the east coast on a late flight, we were welcomed with a smile, accommodated at once and given recommendations on things to do. It’s worth mentioning the beautiful lobby gives you a sense of really wanting to be there specially after a long flight. We didn’t get a chance to get the name of the lady at the front desk, it was midnight by the time we arrived, she was phenomenal! The room it’s a small apartment, functional little kitchen with a dining table and living room, spacious bathroom and a nice bright room with a very comfortable bed. It was our first time in San Francisco and the hotel location was just perfect, conveniently located, easy access to everything, restaurants around the area, walking distance to Union Square.
