Great location, just a block from Polk Street! The room had just enough seating to spread out our wet rain gear. The shower had nice pressure and stayed hot. I did wish there had been a hook or two in the bathroom to hang towels, but we were supplied more. Often televisions are sparse on channels at some hotels, but we were able to watch everything from the Olympics to Cartoon Network (after the receptionist helped us!) The fridge was large enough to hold several cans of seltzers, water bottles and yogurts for our breakfast.

Free parking is included with you stay. The room was clean and area is safe. Only complaint I have is the hotel flooring. We stayed on the second floor and can hear the people above our room. It is really loud when someone above your room is walking or moving stuff around. I would suggest staying on the 3rd floor if you are a light sleeper or pray that someone above you aren't walking around all night.

Best place I’ve stayed at in SF. Very clean room, fast check in/out, great view on the third floor, chill staff, fantastic safe location (near everything you’d want in SF), cool underground parking, daily cleaning, generous with amenities and we got it for a lower price than the areas around. 100% would stay again.

For the price this place was really good. Cheap place to crash for the night. Updated painted and looks really nice. The beds were nice and comfortable at this price point you get a nice safe place to stay in a good neighborhood that’s very clean. Highly recommend.

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are not as nice as the pictures show. Clean enough…but the blinds wouldn’t close completely, so we had to hang a blanket over so that people walking by couldn’t see into our room. The phone was broken. The floor was mushy- felt like we were going to fall through if we stepped too hard coming out of the bathroom. But even with all that, it was close to everything we wanted to do.

Basic comfort. One of the biggest reasons why I picked this accommodation was the hard flooring. Much prefer hard floor over carpeted floor in hotels. Just feel cleaner. Room was spacious for our family of 3. There was a little wardrobe where we can hand up our jackets and coats and fit our luggage into. Location was good. 3 minutes walk to a Walgreens. Many bus routes close by. The only complaint I have was the insulation of the room. Both sound and heat insulations were horrible. You can hear every beep coming from the streets. On a similar note, heat escapes in the blink of an eye. We have the heater on at night and the room would turn cold whenever the heater goes off (it seems to be on a setting which it turns on and off at intervals). One improvement they could do is increase the number of hooks or towel rails in the bathroom please. There was only one towel rail in our bathroom and that's not enough. All in all, pretty good for the price.
